A highly motivated, enthusiastic, innovative and experienced Consultant, actively involved in all areas of training consultancy, including the design and delivery of bespoke training and development solutions for major financial institutions.

Since joining the financial services industry in 1965, experience has ranged through banks, building societies, friendly societies, insurance companies and estate agencies.

This breadth of experience includes interaction with senior and middle managers, sales staff, call centre environments and assessment centres, together with field coaching and feedback.

  • Designed and developed user manual for new national account opening process for major UK banking group

  • Designed and developed training material to support launch of market leading new product launch by major UK banking group, ensuring full understanding and implementation of key strategic messages across the business

Remote Integrated Office Project – national laptop point of sale roll-out

  • Designed and updated key elements of the training material to ensure consistency was maintained and software enhancements were delivered
  • Delivered point of sale training and support across management and sales teams within various distribution channels and corporate partnerships
